Our caregivers are special people we refer to as SG Care Angels. They take everyday activities and transform them into opportunities to assist and engage with care recipients. While assisting them with their needs, SG Care Angels ensure that the dignity of care recipients is not compromised and they are able to remain in the comfort of their own homes according to their wishes.
SG Care Angels are selected after a rigorous process of interviews and background checks. We also ensure that they have the appropriate training and experience to take care of our care recipients. In addition to assessment and certification at the start of their employment, SG Care Angels continue to receive periodic refresher and on-the-job training to ensure that their skills and knowledge are updated.
Our SG Care Angels are Singaporeans or have been in Singapore for a significant amount of time. They are above 35 years of age with relevant professional experience. Most are able to converse in local dialects which is helpful in communicating effectively with our seniors. Most importantly, they are SG Care Angels because they have the passion, empathy and patience to take care of those in need of our assistance.
We understand the concern of our clients as caregivers enter their homes to take care of their loved ones. All our SG Care Angels are fully insured for both their safety and our clients' peace of mind.
We have a team of more than 50 Care Angels passionately taking care of our care recipients every day. Some of them are featured below.

Some personal thoughts:
When I first started as a caregiver more than 5 years ago, I had already taken care of elderly family members regularly. It was natural for me to want to continue helping the elderly. Every care recipient has his own unique requirements and personality and it is this challenge that makes the job always interesting for me. I find it meaningful and fulfilling to be able to help the elderly and individuals with special needs so that they can remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

Some personal thoughts:
I am privileged to be able to love and serve God through caring for the sick and the elderly. I wish to let the patients under my care know that they too can live with dignity despite their incapacity. To me, they are all precious to God and their families. I have been doing this job for nearly a decade and wish to continue doing so for the foreseeable future.

Some personal thoughts:
I have been doing caregiving for nearly 2 years now. I started in this job with no experience in the healthcare industry but have gained extensive experience through training and daily exposure to many different types of cases. I have now taken care of elderly, adults and children with different conditions and on a whole spectrum of needs. I have come to appreciate and respect that every care recipient has different needs and personality and hence require differing kinds of assistance. With my experience now, I can more easily determine what help each individual requires even if they are non- verbal. I find it particularly meaningful to care for the elderly and children with special needs.
Areas of experience / specialisation:
- Care for weak and frail patients and elderly who need ADL (activities of daily living) assistance
- Care for individuals who are high fall risk
- Engagement and companionship for elderly with dementia of all stages
- Palliative care
- Medical escort for medical appointments and dialysis sessions
- Escort for patients and elderly to run personal errands e.g. grocery shopping
Some personal thoughts:
I have been doing caregiving for more than 5 years and enjoy interacting with the elderly and assisting those who require my help. I have also been a Silver Generation Ambassador under the Silver Generation Programme (supported by AIC), engaging with the elderly in the community. It is important to me that all the elderly and patients under my care are treated with dignity and love. I respect all my care recipients and take care of them like my own parents and loved ones.
